If you use private relay, chances to see those are higher.

The diagnostic suggestions are inadequate. Are you on a network that belongs to a company that does network scanning from a "public" network. It seems unlikely. If the network you're connecting to (via Wi-Fi) does address translation and many other people are going to that Hermes site it may look as if it's coming from one device. That's pretty careless on the part of the provider (Hermes uses fastly.com, not their servers) though, each address+port connection has to be considered unique to work so it's pretty clumsy for them to lump all connections from the same address to a single device.

So that leaves either a Javascript fault/constraint on your phone or a bug at the fastly end. Do you use any Safari plug-ins?

If this is still an issue an easy diagnostic is to use your mobile network by switching off Wi-Fi for short time.
