https://support.apple.com Scroll to the bottom of their support page and click “Get Support”. The website will give you an option to start a chat with an Apple rep. Tell them about your issue and that you don’t have an Apple Store close by. They may be able to help.

Bring it to an Apple Store or authorized repair person for diagnosis and repair. That’s basically your only option.
