Hey all! I just upgraded to a new iPhone 14 Pro today - woooooohooo! Loving it so far, but the strangest bug is happening.
So, I send a lot of gifs… like a lot. BUT on my new phone I cannot send or receive gifs on iMessage. I can search the #images app, but they won’t send. (My motion blur assist is off, and I have uninstalled and re-installed #images).
Any advice?

See if the issue occurs when using a different GIF provider.
The #images feature is Apple’s built-in app for sending GIFs. There are others available in the App Store (I use GIPHY when I want a wider selection of GIFs than what Apple provides).

If the issue occurs when sending from there, then it may be an issue with sending media in texts—maybe try sending a photo or video to see if those fail as well.
