Try rebooting the phone.

From a comment, the loop disease begins :( to continue using your phone for calls, you may have to resort to Bluetooth headphones if you want to utilise a mic. You can try to use lightning headphones but there is a chance that audio will continue to play out of your phone (depending on the stage of your loop disease).

do update us. unless you have applecare+, you would have to pay for replacement or buy a new phone. there are no technicians ive heard of in india who do such board repairs

I went to the Apple store and they told me the speaker is dead and would have to buy a replacement for INR 36,000.

Lol a guy came to the Apple store same time as me, his iPhone 11 broke as a bike ran over it. They told him he’ll have to buy the replacement for INR 39,000 Lol

See apple can’t do any repairs except screen and battery, at least in india. I would still consult local repair shops though.
If you want other phones I would suggest to get a 12 instead of 11 or se, just the oled screen looks amazing

apple will say it’s unfixable, probably. best bet is to find an good phone repair shop that do microsoldering to fix it
mrichardist t1_jdnma0g wrote
Typically for an issue like this, as it’s motherboard related apple will replace the whole device. You would have to seek out a third-party that specialises in microsoldering to fix the issue.

Start of loop disease.
It’s a well known iPhone 7 problem that all of them develop eventually. A decent microsoldering technician should be able to fix it though.
