This Report WPV app showed up on my iPhone. I definitely didn't download it and I can't delete it either from the home screen or from the iPhone storage page in settings. Anyone know what this is and/or how to get rid of it? Did I catch a bug?

Is this your own personal device and is it used with your workplace?

Sometimes if the device is provisioned by a workplace they can push apps / rules to your device.

It is mine and I have a work profile, but it's not one of the apps in that profile.

Another one off the top of my head is that this might be a Web Clip shortcut of a website that you made by accident?

You're right! I just bit the bullet and opened the app and it led to a work website. Any idea how I get rid of it? 😬

Haha just tap hold on it and delete like you would any other app.

Do you have a management profile installed? This sounds like it was pushed through MDM

Would it necessarily show up in that management profile? It's not there. Also, I have had the work profile for 2 years but this is new.

Something new can still be pushed. Management profiles allow shortcuts to be added to the device, the option to make them removable is also set.

You can save a webpage to appear on your homepage so maybe it got clicked on?
