Always had a screen protector on my previous iPhones, but decided to not get one this time. Now I have a hairline scratch on my phone and it’s only been a little over a month.

What should I do?!

What do you want to do? Your phone will always get hairline scratches or other scratches on it if it’s not protected.

What you should have done was put a screen protector on. But hindsight and all that…

The screen protector adhesive will fill in those scratches and make them invisible. Just throw one on there and pretend it never happened

Does Apple Care cover new screens or replacement because of hairline scratches?

It doesn’t but better to buy it before too late and then later on the option is there

Put a tempered glass screen protector on it now, you probably won’t see the scratch.

Consider it scratched and never worry about it again. This could be either hard or impossible for you to accept. A scratch is really a small thing.

Sucks. But glass does scratch.

Can you still get apple care? Buy it then go to the store and pay 30 bucks for a replacement. Or be a real hanger and use it without a screen protector and let it get messed up by use or however you use it and then replace it after a year and get a new screen. So you don’t end up scratching it again in a week and you paid for nothing

I think I can still get apple care. I’ll probably just get a screen protector. The scratch will be like a battle scar or something. Lol
