GAN chargers are supposed to be cool but does the battery temp is cool too?, I'm in a fix

I’m not familiar with GaN chargers I’m afraid. The only thing that matters for the phone itself is battery heat and slower charging/lower wattage won’t get hot. The charge brick itself can be an unknown since I’ve had 20w chargers that were very hot or not hot at all, but the heat from the brick won’t affect the phone at least.

The best thing to do is pick something from a well reviewed brand. Anker and Apple are the main go-to but Belkin can be alright too.

Where I live my only option is spigen Gan chargers, just don't want to risk ruining my battery

Spigen phone cases have been pretty good quality in my experience, so I can only assume their chargers would be too.

If you want to be super safe, go with the slowest charger you can.
