You’ll still get them via cellular unless you have no data.

Use the sleep or do not disturb focus. You can then configure a schedule and other things.

Wi-Fi gets re-enabled at 12mn. The only way to completely disable wifi is on the settings.

There might be an AI/Machine Learning change (or reset?) or a behavior change on your end that throws this off (using the phone at 3am, sleeping earlier, waking earlier, changing sleep cycles etc).

It might be a better idea to enable focus mode instead of relying on wifi/internet for notifications.
