Is your phone updated? I had this problem on a 14 pro max, I updated to 16.0.3 I believe and it stopped immediately

Mine has gone to SOS once (that I’ve noticed) but I’ve been frequently dropping signal ever since getting my 14 Pro. Even the update hasn’t completely fixed it, and I remember other people posting about it when the 14’s first released. I have AT&T btw.

I don’t know how long it’s been going on for you, but mine has been acting up the past four days. When mine was showing SOS, I had to contact Verizon to fix it. They had to reactivate my eSIM. I’m still having problems though and can only make or receive calls while in airplane mode using Wi-Fi.
