Thats the part that I dont understand. I block the devise remotely but the devise was already on airplane mode or something. So the block of the devise didnt work, few hours later of trying to erased the devise from my pc, an email show up telling me that the password change has been successful (I changed every email password and close all devices session before that), and I lost the connection from my pc. And now I am lost and upset.

Is it possible it was stolen by someone who knows you and could reasonably guess or have seen you enter your pin?

It was stolen while I was using it, so thay have ir already unlocked

even if it was unlocked, they would still need your old password to reset it. Unless you clicked on a malicious link that told you to reset your password and you ended up giving them the old password through that.

If it was unlocked, the theif probably went through their saved passwords, although that also requires biometric/password to get in. Perhaps it's an older touchid model that doesn't ask for verification for autofill on every use, so the theif just went to appleid.apple.com and changed the info

it’s too suspicious to be that coincidental. How long did the thieves plan this out to do all the things exactly the way it’s supposed to be.

How unlikely is this to happen? I had my iphone stolen and they were able to change my apple id and gmail. Im assuming they changed gmail password by the forgot password option (they will send you an sms) and changed my apple id once they got hold of my gmail.

Now how they got past the face id and 6 digit pin is beyond me since i didnt use my phone during commute

Nobody changed your Apple ID password and if they really did then that is your fault

It can’t be done… unless you had your password saved in your notes or something, but even then how did someone get past the Face ID? Or the passcode?

He stole it from me while i was using it, so they had the phone unlocked

I’m going to assume op did not have a screen lock pin and saved his emails and passwords on apple notes

Nah bro I am not that idiot, they stole it while I was using it so it was unlocked.

Not much to help with. The changes were made using the device therefore apples stance is that the changes are valid.
