So recently I read various different opinions on this battery capacity thing, especially with the new iPhone and iOS 16. Most people are saying you should not let your phone go under 20 % and not charge it over 80 (or 85 %). Almost everyone is saying you shouldn't charge it overnight, so I wanted to clarify what is the correct way to approach this?
I got my iPhone 14 Pro just a few days back and I really don't want to ruin the capacity to reach 90 % in not even a year.

My iPhone 13 mini I've bought in March this year is at 99% battery health and I don't think about charging at all. No matter if it's at 10% or 40% - if I'm going to sleep, the iPhone is going to be charged. If I'm driving 10 minutes home from the office - the iPhone is going to be charged, I don't care if that's right or wrong.
Stop worrying and just use your phone.
