I have a new router from Att coming actually as mine won’t stay connected to internet. So I’m thinking you must be right

Yes, this basically an expected security certificates data being replaced by data coming from your router. Presumably a page to tell you your Internet isn't working

If your DHCP is not setting correctly then neither will the DNS server settings. Therefore, there will be domain errors.

This is not a domain or DNS error. This is just a self-signed SSL certificate from the CPE management page.
