Battery health is just an estimate on iPhones it’s not a definitive figure. As long as it functions as it should, try not to worry. Was it brand new and sealed when you bought it? It was it an open box? Could have perhaps had a third party battery fitted if that’s the case.

I have the same phone bought in February and just went down to 99% last month. I tend to charge my phone to only around 80ish% and unplug. Try not to let phone die completely

Battery health is just random in my opinion. I’ve had my 13 pro since July and I charge it every night and I still have 100% battery capacity

Don’t worry about battery health. There’s nothing to gauge what “normal” is anyway. Just use your phone however you want, charge whenever and how you want, don’t worry about people saying to “calibrate” the battery, or people that only keep the battery charged between 20-80%. Once your battery health is below 80% replace the battery if you’re not ready to trade it in.
