My phone’s been acting weird recently

Discord doesn’t open anymore, alongside some other apps. They used to work just fine, idk what had happened. I thought it was a storage thing as it was almost full, so i deleted all of my photos and a bunch of apps. My storage got down from 121 GB used to 41 GB used. But the storage page STILL shows photos is taking up 70 GB!!! The phone is laggy asf and it takes 10 seconds to open safari!! What on earth happened to my phone?! It was totally fine a week ago. I haven’t done anything to it.

Because batteries can start failing more dramatically the worse they get.

Your phone is throttling performance hard right now.

Battery voltage levels vary by use case. And your battery finally hit the level that your processor can no longer hide the performance hit. Once you get a new battery you’ll be good to go and download all your stuff from iCloud

true. honestly i was expecting it, tho it hit me like a truck!! the speed difference yesterday and today is mind blowing!! at first i was even thinking about viruses and such.
