The earliest version you can update to is 15 unfortunately.

What apps are you trying to download?

To name a couple, SirusXM and Teams. It's ok I did a one time update to iOS 16.2 but will not update again before I switch phones.

Thanks all for the help. Hopefully this thread will help anyone else who has this question.
