I’d just get a new phone at this point.

Let them replace the screen. You got a few options then, either an Apple Original, premium screen, or a cheap screen. Pricing differs

The part of the phone, where display and metal touch. When it’s deformed (usually happens, when the phone falls on the edge), you can get the broken display out, but the new one won’t fit.

It is definitely repairable as it’s likely just the screen which is damaged, but it will come down to cost and it could be complicated further if you’re buying it pay monthly and still in contract with your mobile provider. If you have an insurance on it such as AppleCare or a third party policy you could try that avenue for hopefully a free repair but without any insurance policy it’s likely to be expensive.

If you don’t have it insured and it’s a fairly recent model it might be worth getting a quote and going ahead, but if it’s an older model it would be better replacing it. If you’re still in contract with a phone provider though check how long is left as it could be expensive to end the contract early with the penalty fees.

Can you see the inside of the phone through a hole in the glass? If no, screen replacement at an apple authorized place will be your best bet. If yes, contact apple via their chat bot or phone line and they can do an express replacement, basically they send you a new phone, you send the old one back

Everything is fixable. Just how much $$$ you want to throw into it.

It depends on the cost. A screen repair is usually a several hundred dollar expense, so you may as well put that money towards a new device.

Make sure to backup your data ASAP. No idea how long the phone will last.

I’ve heard if you hit it one good time with a hammer all that goes away.
