You can disable it or enable it in settings , it enables you to see information about apps that uses your microphone, camera or gps

I had the same problem with a deleted app. Reinstall it and turn off location permissions. Then delete the app and restart your phone.

It’s warning you that this app is currently using location information. If you don’t want this particular to have the permission to use location, you can disable the permission from the settings.
