My company offered to take over paying for my personal phone but then they would have control over what apps I have, blah, blah, blah, or they could provide me with a work phone. So I went with getting a 2nd (work) phone from them.

For the sake of transparency, I keep personal usage personal and the work stuff on the work phone only. A bit of a PITA but it's just safest.

Yea the goal would be to set my personal as the primary. With forwarding it is just a mess managing the allowed calls through a DND mode during the night. I find that I can end up missing a call for support if it unblocked the number on the company phone but not the personal
