I would just use the two phones to keep things fully separate. Maybe get a pocket organizer that is capable of holding two phones comfortably in one pocket.

Better to ask for permission ahead of time to use both SIM in one phone if you prefer. That looks better on you overall. If they don't have documentation covering it yet they likely will want to form this for company growth.
