I have the same issue with mine since I bought it but I noticed it after the return period expired, tried with apple back and forth for like 4 months , they refused to help and stated that the phone is perfect , so I lived with it , try going to apple though , they may replace it for free if it’s under warranty

Yes, it is still under warranty. I have a call scheduled with Apple support for today. If they doesn't provide an appropriate resolution, then I'll visit the store.
