I've been with Android since 2014 when I got my first smartphone, and loved the ability to enable chat heads from FB Messenger with them.

Now, I'm debating about getting a new phone in the next 12 months, potentially an iPhone. I read somewhere that iOS doesn't allow chat heads from Messenger to be enabled on iPhones, but some other sources said that you can, starting with the last few iOS updates, and I'm not sure about the reliability of either source.

Can anyone enable chat bubbles on their iPhones? I really like them, and want to examine all the aspects of both iPhones and other Androids before I make the purchase.
