100% storage is full. Don’t reboot it or it could get stuck in a boot loop. Delete a couple big apps and THEN reboot.

This. Likely the storage is full, and it might boot loop if you restart.

I would assume a quick restart would fix that.

Most people know to go ahead a restart.. I wouldn’t have come here if we hadn’t tried that already.

You’d be surprised. Working in IT professionally, if I got a dollar for every time I’ve asked someone “Have you restarted it to check if that solves your problem?”and got told “no” I’d be very wealthy now.

People often panic when tech isn’t working and immediately reach for the phone to call support before trying simple fixes first like checking enough storage is available or restarting the device. Some folk don’t even check if mains powered devices are plugged in and switched on.

My App Library categories/folders got messed up with most apps going into Other and a restart sorted it out.

The weather widget says “rip current statement” as well. Is this phone jailbroken?

Of all things to have working it’s nice to see critical weather alerts are functional.

Is the storage full? Weird stuff like this starts to happen when you get super low on storage.

This usually indicates your storage is very very near maximum
It will cause issues in the long run if you do not clear it up,

  1. Clear up your phone storage
  2. Reboot
  3. Hope for the best

Worse case you're gonna need to DFU that device i.e., full re-installation of iOS
