I don't like if other devices can turn on my phone's hotspot, I dont care if it should only be my devices. Can I stop this where I have to on the phone turn it on?

Thats not really feasible. I dislike way too many changes, time to really put effort into moving off of mac. The disable of wifi and bluetooth are only temp, etc

They’re only temp if you turn them off from the control center. If you turn them off from settings, they won’t turn back on until you decide to turn them back on.

As long as those devices are signed into your iCloud they will be able to turn hotspot on. Don’t want that? Sign out of iCloud.
