If an app is offloaded sometimes the system name comes up. If you take a look on your mac there are folders with this naming scheme like com.apple.CalendarWidget.CalendarUpNextWidget or com.apple.findmy.FindMyWidgetItems

Looks like the Apple Store app is displaying its Bundle ID for some reason. Removing the app and reinstalling should fix it if you needed the app.

It’s the Bundle ID. This is used to identify the app on the back end for management and development among other purposes.
