Does anybody else just appreciate the change from the notch to dynamic island? I know it’s not much, but i prefer having the dynamic island on my screen rather than having a notch; it looks much more dated.

Visually the notch takes up less screen space than the dynamic island and they could have incorporated the same functionality to a notch … but aesthetically the dynamic island is more appealing. I like the dynamic island overall but I do find its location can be a bit intrusive when viewing some content.

We Apple customers are very finicky when it comes to change but I have always excepted and enjoyed the way the iPhone has matured and looking forward to what’s next

I actually like the notch visually, though I appreciate what they did with the dynamic island in terms of functionality.

Yes, it’s not perfect but I definitely prefer it over the notch.

I’m liking the island. I’m always listening to Spotify and like the album covers animation and music graph the most. Also when you set a timer it shows the countdown. Always hated the notch personally.
