You can do that yourself when you download the apple support app now. Without having to contact a advisor.

That will tell you the "health" of the battery, which you can already see under the battery menu in Settings. There is a separate "Battery Usage" diagnostic Apple support can run; which doesn't provide much additional information, but might be useful if the problem persists after a restore.
