If it’s 14° outside does every driver in JC still roll through every stop sign with a pedestrian in the crosswalk?

I was out for a run and the amount of people who don't look both ways when making a right turn is hilarious. And sad.

A riddle has a questionable answer. In this case, there’s no question that cars will continue to blow through pedestrian crossings, even with pedestrians in them. Bedamn the weather and pedestrians, or cyclists if you’re a councilwoman.

Drivers are cold! they've got to hustle extra to get where they're going. Don't be an asshole and block them by crossing the street on your miserable feet.
