I’m back after posting omakase at Sushi by Bou! For $65 omakase at domodomo was a steal! My favorite piece was the king salmon with truffle salt :) I think Domodomo had some really creative flavors (especially the banana), but I’m a bigger fan of Sushi By Bou overall (except the King Salmon at domodomo was superb)

You can get this without the omakase for $55 or $65 if I remember correctly. It's a very good deal for the price to quality.

If you’re looking for another recommendation. There is a speakeasy spot in Ridgefield called Sushi By Sea, a little more expensive but excellent.

Yeah but do they have revolving child-proof Ikea plates and a robot that brings you half of a glass of water?

I could eat a ten gallon bucket of that panna cotta

My only issue is they put wasabi underneath everything. I ask for it without. Kills the flavor imo.
