Honestly, while that sounds like a good policy, I don't think it's going to be very effective. The driver is not usually with the car.

Perhaps we could just light the car on fire?

Wonder if this was the guy who tried to run me off the road on Congress this AM when I was 1.5 car lengths behind the guy in front of me
