You have Verizon FiOS or their 5G Home Internet?

Which Verizon plan do you have and how many devices use it at any one time? How far away is your router from the devices using it?

You might just need more bandwidth or an extender. FiOS is typically the best wifi option.

Speed test on my phone on Verizon wifi today had me at ~550Mbps. Move your router or maybe get a new one?

WiFi is not the same as an ISP

You could have a great ISP and terrible WiFi. Or, terrible ISP and great WiFi.

You could also own your own WiFi router.

These two things are not the same.

What are the symptoms?

our condo has Honest Networks. It's gigabit though fiber optics. 1gbs upload/download at half the price( $45) of Fios

Fix your router. It's not your ISP, it's your equipment.

Get FiOS if you don't already have it. ( 5G home (mobile) internet is not the best option when you can get a actual fiber line )

I loved honest when we lived @ 160 Morgan. I think it was $25/mo a couple of years ago + had a few months free. But $45 is still a great deal.
