Sounds machine made, consistent tempo, loud as hell, going on ten minutes now. Any idea what it could be? Are they driving piles at 1am?

So I'm not 100% sure, but i live in Weehawken and there's new construction going up next to the Sheraton hotel. I heard the noise last night and it almost seemed to be coming from that job site. Wonder if they were testing some heavy equipment, or maybe adjusting/securing for the strong winds forecasted today.
