Looking for 3rd roommate in downtown JC

Hello! My friend and I are looking for someone to take over our 3rd roommate’s lease as early as March, as he will be moving out.

We are 2 respectful, easygoing, and generally clean guys in our mid 20’s. Our apartment is located in downtown Jersey City, about an 8 minute walk from the Grove Street PATH and a 4 minute walk to the Jersey Avenue Light Rail Station.

Some key features of the apartment:
3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (everyone has their own bathroom) Washer/Dryer in unit Dishwasher Private Rooftop Deck with a fire pit Parking in a climate controlled garage or parking lot available for a monthly fee

Rent is $1750 per person + utilities. Utilities average out to around $80/month per person. We also have a cleaning lady come once per month, and that is $50 per person. If you or anyone you know is a good fit, please reach out to me and let me know. Thanks!

1600 square feet and everyone has their own bathroom + a private roof deck, does not seem like a bad deal. Especially for downtown JC
