OP is the type of people who fall for the marketing claims that the David Bowie Holland Tunnel Luxury Loft Lovers Neighborhood (DaBoHoTLLL'n as the locals call it) is part of the wondering Hamilton Park Neighborhood and "seconds" away from public transit and Downtown. OP please be aware!

You want a 2bd apartment around Grove St and don't want to pay over 3.5K. OK. Your budget will severely limit your options. You are looking at older housing stock (some townhouses or rowhouses may pop up) but you will not find what you are looking for in a high-rise in the vicinity of Grove St.

Hi, me and my husband are looking out for a 1 (or 2) room apartment in and around grove street. Have heard terrible things about The Beacon so skipping the tour. Don’t want to pay over 3500$. Pls share suggestions if you guys have any.
