Good. I went to Morristown for hospital. Most of my doctors were through summit medical in Berkeley Heights. I used a pediatric group in Bedminster (Somerset pediatrics).

Great bagels!! Go to O’Bagel. They have 3 locations there. The owners lived on my street.

Not like JC/NYC, no :) A lot of Italian. There are more available to you in the surrounding cities, though, like Somerville & Morristown, and of course there are a lot of options as you drive further out.
