I have a bunch of clothing I want to get rid of, but I don’t have a car and the only Goodwills seem to be in the city, and vintage thrift stores will only take what they like. Are there any other options?

Correct, they were removed several months ago much to my disappointment.
If you want to go local I think you can also consider Jersey city mutual aid society. I’ve never donate to them personally but I think they can also arrange someone to pick up from you

Leave them outside in a box on a nice day with a sign that says "Free." A lot of it will be gone before you know it.

You can also try posting what you have on a “buy nothing” group on Facebook! It always feels good to give items away to your neighbors.

There's a ton of drop boxes on 440 but you'd need to take an uber or having someone drive you. The shopping center that has Lowes/Staples/Big Lots/Home Goods/Asian Market has at least 3.
