Unfortunately there is not. There are some people in this thread saying the spot on Westside Ave is good, but unfortunately it is not. There’s a serious lack of good pho here. Kung Fu gets the job done but it doesn’t blow me away.

Honestly there’s not a lot of good pho in this area in general. Best I’ve had are all in Philly, even NYC is lacking
