I miss this particular type of fish and I checked every single fish shops here including Asian market in NJ and NYC but unfortunately no luck. I checked online and a shop in Florida has them, but the shipping fee is bloody $75. I found them very easy when I was in Seattle, but not here. Any helps is appreciated!!!
Mitsuwa in Edgwater should have it. While there check out the food court. So good. Bring cash though for it.
Did you check with Mitsuwa in Edgewater? They're usually the best place to look for anything Japanese.

Yamasa seafood has it. You can order online: https://shop.yamaseafood.com/?q=bonito It's not cheap, but they supply many of the top sushi restaurants in the city and fly the fish in from Japan.

Not fresh. American Pinoy sells cooked tulingan (Batangas Sinaing style) if that’s what you need. There’s a seafood shop next door that carries fish varieties often find in PI.
Most of 99 cent fish is frozen, ya?
