Ok I don't know about "ppl" but I have tried my best to help anyone asking for apartment advice but without their budget and a list of their wants and needs it's a waste of my time and theirs.

Because we're not here to do people's homework. Plus, it's the same questions for the same exact places. Not that difficult to go back 2-3 pages to find the info needed if they're looking.
