Hi everyone,

I'm currently on the lookout for a new apartment in Jersey City or nearby areas, and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for apartment buildings that they've had a positive experience with. I've had some bad experiences with slumlords in the past, so I'm looking for a building that's well-maintained and managed.

If you have any suggestions or advice, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance.
