I recently gave birth there. I thought the facility was comfortable enough and the staff was very nice and fairly attentive. They promote rooming in with the baby as they don't have a nursery outside of the NICU at the moment, so that is something you may want to think about. I didn't have any direct experience with the NICU, so I can't touch on that.
