I've yet to see anyone dispute the material facts here. It doesn't change the fact that somebody elected to represent the people of Jersey City left one of those people for dead. That alone disqualifies her for her position, the fact that this incident brought to light other incidents of both bad behavior and special treatment is just icing on a particularly repugnant cake.
