He wouldn't win a lawsuit, it's his fault.

She should be held accountable for leaving the scene of an accident.

Completely agree. I have seen a few people saying she is at fault for the hit. Thank god the man seems to be alright, but it’s entirely his fault he got hit. That being said I think any reasonable human being would have stopped to make sure the person is alright regardless of fault or the law. That kind of disregard for another human being is awful
