If you're looking specifically made in JC, that would be either L'Atelier du Chocolat (downtown) or Lee Sims (McGinley Sq)

Both fantastic!! Lee Sims is an old school shop, L'Atelier is gourmet/French.

No they didn't shutter- they moved. They are in a space above the Hamilton Park Montessori now- just the building next door- and you can order for pick up and delivery. I've gotten boxes of their truffles as gifts before and they went over pretty well
