i had no idea until now that path went till there, do you mind talking more about it? is there any amenities fees or trash over the rent and what the utilities per month like?

Sure! For a studio - Rent - 2000 Amenities - 40 Utilities - Water + sewage - 10-15 I got an offer for 17+1month free. So, for me effectively I pay 2000 incl everything above plus wifi (40$).
