Journal Squared is a KRE building. I live in another KRE building, and they are the epitome of professional property managers. They are extremely responsive to issues, and in a crisis situation (fire in the building) they really came through.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but I'd imagine that the management there is as good as it's going to get. Been here for 4 years, renewed my lease for another 2. Can't see myself leaving anytime soon.
