i am thinking of getting either. i tried the euc and can still learn on it but i think the trolly handle sucking on most and the stop and go of NYC (civilians walking into bike path) makes me inclined towards the scooter

anyways lets say for a NYC commute I have the WTC...i walk throug hthe mall towards the E or other subway trains...i can't ride through the mall on my EUC (like i think cops would stop me). so it it practical?

How about if I visited the met? Do you guys typically ride the path to 33rd and subway or ride your scooter from 33rd? Also do places like the Met allow you to bring in the scooter?

Feel like its good for a neighborhood like Washington SQ but not so much after that...what are some use cases you run into, especially for your daily commute?

Is a mini electric bike out of realm here for morning rush hour on the path/subway?

WTC absolutely sucks for bicycles and personal electric vehicles. There is NO EASY WAY to the street from the PATH station.

The easiest way is a vehicle you can carry up stairs or an escalator then roll out the left side and exit from Brookfield Place

I bet and I'm afraid if I visit a museum I have to tie it outside it's going to be gone by the time I come out so I'm just wondering if this is a practical thing to buy or what the limited use cases are if I take public transit in I should be good if I could bring my 0 scooter inside to my workplace

The parking garage offers free parking for bikes. I locked my escooter there last time I visited the MET. I usually take the ferry to NYC and ride wherever I want to go.

Make sure your e-scooter has a folding mechanism as well. In case you have to bring it on the bus/subway you can fold it up. It also makes it easier to carry.

I'm also looking for recommendations on electric scooters. I've noticed the ninebot being used around town. Feedback is much appreciated!
