Renders look great.

I hope the light rail expansion pans out because the last thing JC needs is a massive new car dependent community.

Can we PLEASE do a massive expansion of the path? We should have the same kind of train-connected experience here as they have in Brooklyn/Queens/Bronx/etc.

Jersey City is far closer to Manhattan than many other places in the boroughs, and the whole region would benefit substantially.

Whether it's the light rail or the path I think these people are going to get cars. Less of them if it were a new PATH train.

From the article I'm seeing a 2:3 spot:unit ratio, plus 110,000 SqFt of retail presumably sharing those spaces. That's more parking than most DT/JSQ developments, but looks like the city and developers are still expecting a fair number of carless or keep-the-car-at-mom's tenants.

Yeah, that and some local roads.

That ratio is definitely different though, holy cow.

Highly doubt the whole plan goes through. Most likely they’ll downsize everything

Not a bad option if it pans out, being dependent on the light rail for the weekends doesn't seem ideal, unless service improves
