The management company of 333 grand owns all of the buildings and streets in the direct area and has nighttime security and cameras everywhere for the added layer of protection. You're still in a city so will naturally have anything that comes along with living in a city and 333 grand being so near to the hospital and light rail can sometimes bring some interesting characters but nothing that should deter from living there or that you wouldn't find elsewhere.
