Recommended realtors/realty offices in JC?

Heya,

I've been looking online at apartments in town for a couple of weeks now, but it's been tough. I usually don't get a response or get ghosted when I reach out for more information (even with excellent credit and a decent paying job).

I think I've decided to buy rather than rent at this point. Wondering if anyone here can recommend some realtors or realty offices I can contact directly that service the Hudson County.

JC would be ideal, but I'm also realistic.

Anthony Armagno at Howard Hannah Realty on 553 Jersey ave ... He is a local realtor who is experienced and an expert when it comes to different neighborhoods in JC.. Honest funny straightforward and will have alot of pocket listing that are not on the market... he sold me my house and 2 of my other family members... Tony is a realtor you can trust and confide in that is not just there for the commission...

Pavel Saikin with Trompeter real estate. Just went through a 1.5 year buying process in Jersey City (my wife and I had a very specific place in mind at a specific price point) and Pavel was extremely patient and informative. He will give detailed breakdowns of every prospective property. NEVER felt pushy or tried to rush anything. To add to this I tried 3 realtors before Pavel and they didn’t come close to his expertise. Honestly do yourself a favor and reach out to him!

I second Amanda. She helped us sell our apartment and was great to work with. We ended up recommending her to two other owners in our building and they both had a great experience with her.

The bigger the worst they are go by realtor Sharon Shahanian. Is the best Honest and caring. According to a top real estate person Most are there cause there flakes and fail at all alot Check out Sharon
