Is there a spot in Jersey in general where one could drive to to watch the fireworks? Preferably a hill or a nice overlook?

Liberty State Park will have a few of the Statue Fireworks

The park closes at 10 I think.

Theres really no fireworks in New Year’s Eve, unless you are on Times Square.

True, but if you hang around Colgate Clock, you might be able to see it.
